    • The hourly base rate for your service(s) (discounted with any subscription plan)
    • Mileage (discounted with any subscription plan)
    • Any expenses made on your behalf, which we don't mark up and provide receipts for
    • If you're subscribed to a paid plan, we'll charge the plan price monthly
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit and debit cards for payment. You can also inquire about other payment options with our team.

  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

    No, our subscription plans are designed to be flexible. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with services?

    We pride ourselves in our service and we're confident you'll be satisfied with us. We do not give refunds on paid subscriptions, but we certainly aim for your satisfaction, so please contact us if there's something we can help with. You can cancel future billing for subscription plans at any time.

  • How much am I saving on mileage with a subscription?

    This varies depending on the plan that you subscribe to. Without a subscription, we charge the federal Rate of $0.65 per mile.


    For the Premium plan, 75 miles are included, so you would save $48.75. For the Premium Plus plan, 150 miles are included, so you would save $97.50. This is in addition to the other discounts and perks in these plans!

  • How does the billing cycle work for subscription plans?

    The subscription fee will automatically be charged to your card on file each month on the 1st or 15th, depending on when you've signed up.
