    Errand Runners Unlimited offer a wide range of tasks, which may include grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, mailing packages, delivering documents, dropping off dry cleaning, organizing events, house cleaning, pet care and much more. We allow you to customize your service to fit your daily needs. 

  • What types of tasks can I delegate to Errand Runners?

     Our errand running services are flexible and can accommodate various requests based on your preferences and requirements.

  • How does the service work? What’s the process?

    The first step is to establish one point of communication (email, inquiry through website or phone call), then (in most cases) we do an in-person assessment to go over your needs and expectations. After this we typically begin regular scheduling.

  • How do I request an errand or task to be done?

    Requesting specific errands and/or tasks are as simple as a phone call to your Care Manager.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum time limit for Errand Runners’ services?

    Errand Runners Unlimited offers shifts from 1 hour to 24 hours. You have complete control over the amount of time you need.

  • How much do Errand Runners’ services typically cost?

    Errand Runners Unlimited has 3 different rates, which are based on the amount of time you purchase. A 1 hour block is $60.00. A 2-3 hour block is $55.00 per hour, and 4 hours and up are $50 per hr.

    We offer both a personalized care plan, and subscription packages that unlock perks and up to a 20% discount on our rates and services. 

  • Are there any additional fees or charges associated with the service?

    We do charge for mileage that is accrued during your shift for your needs. We charge the federal rate of $0.65 per mile. We do offer subscription packages to minimize and even eliminate our mileage fees.

  • Is Errand Runners insured?

    Yes, our company is insured, and we provide comprehensive worker compensation coverage. This ensures that our team members are protected in the event of any work-related injuries or accidents. As our valued clients, we believe it's essential for you to know that our workforce is taken care of, enabling us to maintain a dedicated and motivated team focused on delivering exceptional service to you.

  • How are Errand Runners’ employees selected and trained?

    We hire based on the skill sets and skills needed for our clients. We conduct hands-on training and personally supervise and mentor every new employee to ensure that our new errand runners get proper exposure and experience with our clients’ needs. We also provide ongoing support to our employees through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.


    As a policy, our errand runners are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unethical actions. Our commitment to maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism means that all our team members must always adhere to the law and ethical guidelines.

  • Can I trust Errand Runners with my personal information and belongings? What about access to my house or residence?

    Yes, we personally evaluate all applicants, including background checks through the Department of Justice to insure we are providing trustworthy and honest errand runners. As a policy, our errand runners are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unethical actions. Our commitment to maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism means that all our team members must always adhere to the law and ethical guidelines.

  • What are the service hours and availability of Errand Runners’ services?

    We take pride in being a 24/7/365 company, committed to providing exceptional service day and night. Our dedicated team is always available to assist you, no matter the time of day or day of the week. With round-the-clock support, we ensure that your needs are met promptly and efficiently whenever you need us.

  • Can I schedule recurring errands or tasks with the same person?

    Yes, our goal is to provide you with your own regular, dedicated and consistent team member. 

  • Is service available on weekends and holidays?

    Yes, we are a 24/7/365 company.

  • What happens if an errand runner is unable to complete a task?

    Transparency is key with our company. If our clients ask for a task that we are not confident we can complete, we communicate this immediately. If a task is requested that is outside of our scope of practice, we refer our client to an outside company that specializes in their requests.  

  • How far in advance do I need to schedule an errand, task, or service?

    General scheduling is recommended a week in advance, but with our subscriptions we offer prioritized scheduling within a 24 hour window. 

  • Can Errand Runners make purchases on my behalf, and how is payment handled?

    Yes, Errand Runners can make purchases on your behalf. We DO NOT allow clients and employees to exchange cash or cards. Errand Runners Unlimited expenses the costs accrued during your shift and adds your purchases to your invoice upon billing.

  • Are there any limitations or restrictions on the types of errands or tasks that can be done?

    We are a non-medical company, and Errand Runners are not allowed to provide medical services that require a licensed medical professional, such as administering medications, performing medical procedures, or offering medical treatments. As a policy, our errand runners are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unethical actions. Our commitment to maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism means that all our team members must always adhere to the law and ethical guidelines.

  • Can Errand Runners pick up or drop off prescriptions or other items on my behalf?

    Yes, Errand Runners can pick up and drop off prescriptions and other items on your behalf. Our team is trained to treat your prescriptions and other personal possessions with the utmost care and consideration.

  • Can I provide specific instructions or preferences for each task or errand?

    Absolutely, we encourage our client to provide as much information as possible to carry out the tasks requested. 

  • What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy for the service?

    We kindly request a 48 hour cancellation notice for all appointments and services.
